Which programs do the workbooks work in?
Built in Excel format (.xlsx). Tested in Google Sheets and Excel for the web.
Are there macros or scripts?
No. The workbooks have no macros, scripts or external links.
Can I customize protected cells?
Formulas are protected with no password, which gives you a way to unlock and customize. Yellow cells are inputs.
What if I overwrite a formula?
Use an unchanged copy from your original download to recover the formula, or message us through the store where you bought the file.
How much can the templates hold?
The recipe calculator includes 200 ingredients and 12 recipe cards. Inventory supports 200 items and 5 vendors.
Can I share the restaurant templates across locations?
The license covers your own restaurant business, up to 3 locations under the same ownership.
Which food safety rules apply?
Check your state or local health code before use. Local requirements govern your operation.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a file does not open, does not work as described, or is materially different from its description, contact us and we will fix or replace it. This does not affect any rights you have under the law.
Do you offer custom setup?
Not at this time.

Who processes my payment?
Your security is important to us. Fairwright Studio uses Stripe, a trusted global payment processor, to securely process transactions through multiple layers of security, advanced encryption, and fraud prevention technology.
Your payment information is transmitted securely and processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers, giving you added peace of mind when shopping with us.
How do I get my files?
For website purchases, secure downloads become available after the server verifies payment. Purchase and access instructions are sent to the purchase email. Expired access can be recovered from the Recover Downloads page. Marketplace purchases use that marketplace’s delivery system.
Is anything shipped?
No. The guides and templates are digital downloads. Gift collections are coming soon.
