Digital Product License Agreement
Effective October 25, 2026
4.1 License Grant
Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in the product listing.
The purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright.
4.2 Permitted Uses
Depending on the product, permitted uses may include:
- Personal business planning
- Internal business operations
- Editing templates for your own business
- Printing materials for authorized internal use
- Using calculators, worksheets, and planning resources for their intended purposes
4.3 Restaurant Operations Templates
Restaurant operations templates are licensed for use within the purchaser’s own restaurant business at up to three locations under the same ownership.
Additional locations or other uses require separate authorization.
4.4 Restrictions
Unless expressly authorized, customers may not:
- Resell or redistribute purchased files.
- Upload materials to public download websites.
- Share licensed files with unrelated businesses.
- Repackage materials as competing products.
- Claim authorship of Fairwright Studio’s original content.
- Distribute edited copies commercially.
- Remove copyright notices and redistribute the content.
4.5 Ownership
All intellectual property rights not expressly granted remain with WisdomPhilanthropy Inc. or the applicable rights holder.
4.6 License Violations
Material violations may result in termination of the applicable license, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to pursue appropriate remedies for unauthorized redistribution or commercial misuse.
