Payment & Security Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
5.1 Who Processes Your Payment?
Your security is important to us.
Fairwright Studio uses Stripe, a trusted global payment processor, to securely process purchases using multiple layers of protection, including advanced encryption, tokenization, fraud detection, and PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
When using Stripe’s secure payment form, sensitive card details are processed through Stripe rather than stored on Fairwright Studio’s own servers.
We do not store your full credit card number or card security code.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location, device, and Stripe’s supported options.
5.3 Secure Transactions
Our production website is intended to use HTTPS encryption to protect information transmitted between your browser and our website.
Payment processing is handled through Stripe’s secure infrastructure.
5.4 Order Authorization
By confirming a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
Applicable taxes and other charges will be disclosed before payment confirmation.
5.5 Fraud Prevention
We may review, delay, or decline suspicious transactions where reasonably necessary to protect customers and prevent fraud.
5.6 Payment Records
We retain appropriate order and transaction records for fulfillment, accounting, customer service, refunds, and legal compliance.
5.7 Payment Disputes
If you notice an incorrect charge, contact [email protected].
We will investigate and assist with resolving the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits your lawful right to dispute a transaction through your financial institution.
5.8 External Marketplace Payments
Purchases completed on Etsy, Amazon, Gumroad, or Payhip are processed through the applicable marketplace or payment provider.
Their payment security practices and terms apply to those transactions.
